I called to customer care twice and someone Ms. Yamini picked up line for both times.
Actually m asking her favour to connect air india or confirmation about luggage carry in Air India Express because Air India didn't picking up any line. And she literally angry on me like anything.

Its worst experience ever faced in my life. I have never seen these things before.
