In town for a couple of days and wanted to book class for my wife and sister but everything online involved a laborious sign up process with lots of personal information required that seemed irrelevant and frankly intrusive. I couldn't just make a booking over the phone either. Have no idea what their sessions are actually like but booking UX has already put me off.
