I can not say enough about the Charlotte office of Sherpa. . Earlier this year, I was contacted by Caroline who got to know me better over the phone to find out what my interests were and where I wanted to be, career wise. In March of 2019, she contacted me about a financial institution seeking a role similar to my current but with more leadership incorporated. After my face to face interview with the company, Caroline sat down with me to ask how it went. We discussed the questions, my mood and just the overall experience during the panel interview. Soon after, Caroline called me to let me know they wanted to do a second interview, where I would again have a panel/presentation style. During this process, Caroline was also planning her wedding...I certinly couldnt tell. She was available and very encouraging through out the entire process. I have been with my new company for a few months now and she still keeps in contact with me to make sure all is well. I am so thankful for not only Caroline, but the entire team at Sherpa. Without them, I would have missed out on the opportunity of a lifetime.
