I've hired American Security LLC for the last coup...

I've hired American Security LLC for the last couple of years on and off for different events. Yesterday, we needed 2 security guards at two different times, both were no shows despite having verbal confirmation and an email confirming that a guard has been hired. One no-show is unacceptable, two no-shows in one day makes me wonder how a security company who operates under these conditions can stay in business. I am gravely disappointed. This made me look very bad in front of my company and the client for hiring such an unreliable vendor.
