I ordered 1 chicken sandwich and guess how long I waited? 1 HOUR! They kept lying and saying it would be 5-10-15 more minutes. I ended up leaving because it took so long. I understand they were busy but I saw many many people come and leave. When I questioned the whereabouts of my sandwich I was met with passive aggressiveness. The server I was speaking with asked if I'd like to see the manager. I'm not some kind of Karen I just want my chicken sandwich! Unless the manager has my chicken sandwich I could not care less.
