I am very disappointed in your service. I called in today and I was told that my boxes cannot be delivered before 19th October. I did not sign up for this! I chose your services as it advertised that I could get my things back within 48 hours of notice. I am aware that this is subject to availability, therefore I could reluctantly understand waiting for a week. But 3 weeks is TOTALLY UNREASONABLE! Please come up for a solution ASAP, as I am moving into my new flat and need all my things (towels, duvet, pillows, crockery etc). You should give your customers a warning if you are experiencing a busy period, rather than letting them get a bad surprise on their own.
