your service picks up at Whitfield Green Court in Fairfax twice weekly ..On multiple occasions the staff has left the garbage without picking up . This morning 2/27/18 I had to run after the truck with garbage in hands, even then the driver was very rude saying the garbage was not there. I stood at my door and watch them drove past the garbage.. Please do something about your staff and their rude behaviors..
