Had to keep an appointment today for PT evaluation at 8 AM!!!

Had the most disgusting interaction with an idiot of interviewer/form filler. It was such a patronizing, and condescending behavior to begin with. Not to mention her demeaning attitude.

HINTS:

1- Patients with darker skin are capable of conversing in proper English.
2- Age, or white hair does not indicate lack of sanity, nor it indicates loss of hearing.
3- Stop insisting, and forcing patients to sign documents without giving them a chance to at least glance at it.

This was one of the worst experiences in Adventist facilities. Keep your sanity, and dignity, go somewhere else.
