He regularly drives past the address, allegedly wrong address. Then take the goods back and I should then deal with the shipper. Unacceptable shipping times. Rude driver. Poor customer service.
We were expecting 2 packages, one was addressed to my wife, whose name is different. Driver only delivered one package, ignoring the hint that we are expecting 2 packages. He only had one package. 1 hour later he came again and delivered the second package, which would have been a different name. Intelligence cannot be given away, tour planning has not yet been invented at DPD.
