Hotel was amazing and the staff was incredibly friendly. Had some problems checking out though and even though I was told that my vallet fees were covered with the conference I was attending both by the people running it and the concierge, I was forced to pay almost 50 dollars to get my car back. I recommend getting everything in writing or recording conversations when discussing what is and isn't covered
