Took me 2 tries to purchase an item because half the time staff wasn't there. I waited 20 minutes for someone to help me out but I had to leave as no one was there. The following day I came again, and managed to get hold of someone, however, this time it took me 4 steps to buy one appliance. First to get the staff to find me the product, second to go to the manager and get a discount, then go to cashier and then when i thought i could take my purchase i was required a delivery note for taking something i was picking up myself, I had to go looking for the same girl again to get the note signed, luckily managed to get hold of another receptionist at the back. Basically in Courts customers have to find staff and not the other way around.
