I have been a customer of Riller & Schnauck am Hindenburgdamm with my vehicle since 2016 and during this time I am in the service consulting department of Mr. Steffen Prinz. All workshop orders (scheduled inspections such as unscheduled repairs) are handled excellently; the previous professional advice on the vehicle is excellent. The work on the vehicle is also always carried out within the time and budget agreed in advance - this is by no means a matter of course (also with regard to other BMW authorized workshops). Therefore a 5 * + rating.
