I've spent the last month trying to get an appointment with Dr. Lopez. The first time someone calls me, it's not him - some random guy that was doing an assessment on me. I wasn't informed. The guy tells me to make an appointment with Dr. Lopez... that's what I thought I was doing. Whatever, I let it slide. I finally get my appointment with Dr. Lopez... I get the face time call... it's a lady. A nurse practitioner. Are you serious? And on top of that, mid way through my appointment I realize SHE HAS SOMEONE ELSE IN THE ROOM WHILE IM SPEWING ABOUT MY PERSONAL LIFE???? HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. I'm MORE than positive that's against HIPAA. Ridiculous. I'm upset and frustrated. Never coming back to this place, I feel completely violated.
