They used high pressure sales tactics. I went in to get my car appraised. The salesman Lance got his manager to take a look at my car. The sales manager came out and forgot about appraising my car. Instead the sales manager and Lance tried to sell me a new car right away. They used high pressure sales tactics and I can't recommend them for that.
