I traveled over an hour to go to Bob Moore Chrysler to have my car worked on after my local Dodge dealership could not service my car after they kept it a week. Everyone at Bob Moore was professional, courteous, and pretty much terrific. I honestly believe that most other dealerships would have given up on trying to solve my issue, but the folks at Bob Moore refused to let my car get the better of them. After four hours for a job the computer said should only take about 30 minutes, they solved my issue and I left with the utmost feeling of gratitude and satisfaction.
