I usually go to concerts at the Manchester Arena, and in comparison the Capital FM Arena is much smaller - half the capacity I believe! The online ticket booking process on the Capital FM Arena website wasn't very user-friendly - the page timed out twice before I finally managed to book!
I opted to collect tickets at the venue on the night of the show and there was no long queues, staff were really friendly and helpful. We bought "gold circle" tickets for this standing event and I'm so glad we did, it felt like we were in a VIP area, close up to the stage with a barrier separating us from the rest of the crowd. I liked how the security staff had the label "customer safety" on their uniforms, rather than "event security". Overall we had a great night!
