I took my 2016 RAM 1500 there to have the 3 open safety recalls completed. It was a 31 days before my truck was ready to be picked up. After driving my truck for a few days I noticed hesitation when trying to accelerate scheduled an appointment to get that looked into because the hesitation was not there before the software update that was done to improve emissions and to figure out why my coolant level was low. The service center had my truck just over a month again and couldn't find any issues they said, the service manager insisted that I pick my truck up that friday to avoid having a rental out for an extra weekend. My brother was driving truck to work approx. 30 mile when the check engine light came on and he noticed reduced power. He pulled into the driveway at his work where it caught on fire and burned to the ground.
