We bought our new hot water heater from Lowe s Home Improvement and they subcontracted Progressive Service Company to install it. It took a week of calling to get an installation appointment set up. It was originally scheduled for a Tuesday at 1pm. When they had not shown up at 4pm, we called and were told they did not have the correct parts and would be here in the next hour and a half. They never came. We were rescheduled for Wednesday between 1-2pm, they had not shown up at 3pm and gave the same excuse. They finally showed up at 4pm, installed the hot water heater and then left our exterior basement door wide open. I don t think we will be using Progressive Service Company directly for service or Lowe s for home improvement needs again.
