Well, I got hooked up with these guys almost a year ago. Have had mixed feelings about them since I've spent most of the time confused. Which is basically my problem, of course. It would be nice if they took a more assertive approach by asking more questions and checking out things on their end. I didn't even know what a trustee was before I came across them. And the alter ago stuff isn't really explained, which may actually be a good thing.

Yeah so basically I'm saying my cluelessness kind of colors this review against them, as I am still pretty clueless and have a lot of assets that need management... Among other things.
