HELLO buyers of houses and LOTS IN THE MOUNTAINS etc.....BEWARE.

We were told estimates of improvements on a lot out in the mountains; we did some research. It all seemed OK. The land salesman (used car and horse salesman too LOL) was Mark Skelton and he did not inform us of water and electric (extra) costs OUT IN THIS COLORADO MOUNTAIN COMMUNITY. He was rushing us....this lot will go quick (it is hard to sell in a place where there is water problems and electric COOP fees of thousands just to fill out a form for some other company to do your work.....WE ABANDONED OUR BUILDING DREAMS. And NOW I have my loved ones ASHES on the property. SO I CAN NOT SELL AND BUY ANOTHER LOT....."oh..do you need me to sell it for you"......NO NOTHING FROM REMAX... I needed the TRUTH to start with. Maybe when they stop hiring sociopath sales people I will use remax... NO WAY BUYER BEWARE....use a company that is not into commissions only...GARBAGE CORPORATION.
