A great place on LI to drink some bubbly. You can't technically call it champagne but it is better than most in my opinion at its given price point. The most expensive standard bottle is 75 dollars.

Best yet they are open year round :)

The staff are by far some of the friendliest on the north fork (or anywhere for that matter.)

Highly recommend the topaz imperial and their brut.
