Worst company ever. I would rather have my teeth pulled then try to return something. The agent I spoke to, Maria or Marie, I cannot quite remember, was very rude. She acted as if my call had been a burden on her. Also chewing on the phone is not something I expect when I call to speak to a customer service representative. They will not have my business anymore.
