Ordered a small office table - arrived damaged with no invoice to put through our accounts system. Called to explain the invoice issue, was spoken to terribly. I then explained the table was damaged.... put me through to customer services, still holding 25 minutes later. Part of me thinks I should just hang up as the call is costing more than the table! would never use again. 0 stars from me, but unfortunately I have to put one to post!
I have been chasing for the damaged table to be collected since the 2nd of July (1 day after delivery) to be told today i am out of time so they will not collect, therefore not having to provide a refund.
this company is the worse company i have every dealt with, customer service is shocking, no support or empathy.
As dodgy as they come - fraudsters..... making you wait until you are out of time to get a free collection and refund.
