I called for a repair service of my dryer machine ...

I called for a repair service of my dryer machine about 2 weeks ago and I got an appt for this coming Friday, December 8th. I called back today because I forgot to tell them that I had 2 other appliances that needed some type of repair, I could not believe that Angela, the Customer service Rep I spoke to, said to me that I could not add those 2 services for Friday that I needed to make 2 separate appts for that. I told her that I did not understand why I had to do that, that normally if you call a plumber he would fix whatever needs to be repair, that I never heard such a thing. And the issue is that every time you call them for a service they charge you $50 just to come to your house, this does not include the cost for the repair. I am very upset, this is not a great customer service, then she went on to tell me that If I would have mentioned it on my first call she would have added those 2 services to my appt on Friday. I am confused because first she said that the company policy is to repair one appliance at a time and then she told me without hesitation that if I would have mentioned that on the initial call she would have added all these services. I am not very happy about not having all my appliances fixed on the same day. I was told that this was a great company and that it offers an excellent customer service but I do not believe that anymore.
