I recently started attending yoga classes at Santosha Yoga Des Moines and it has been a fantastic experience. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure a great practice. The studio is clean, spacious, and offers a calming atmosphere. I highly recommend Santosha for all levels of yogis!
