My husband and i stayed at sir thomas on 27th dec....

My husband and i stayed at sir thomas on 27th dec. Upon arrival we was aware that the boiler was broken and they where getting someone to repair it. It had only just happened and where told wait 10 mins ?? Eventually with only freezing cold water and a meal booked i had to just have a cold water wash . My husband braved it but said it was unbearable .

When i got up in the morning surely there was going to be water for a shower. No water at all out of hot tap. When we checked out was told to email manager which we have and all they offer us is a discounted rate if we book again.

Im not wasting a single penny of my money on that hotel again. It so needs updating, windows that wouldnt close and cant even see out as theyve been not cleaned in about 5 yrs. Mould in the bathroom when the shower must have hot water.

Sir thomas hotel you need to up your game with so much competition for hotels /apartments in the city centre.
So many more nice rooms to stay in.
