Unfortunately, we had a few things go wrong for us...

Unfortunately, we had a few things go wrong for us here. We found a vehicle we liked but wanted to stay at a certain monthly payment. We told our salesman we wanted to be sure before he ran our credit. He said he needed to run it before he could give us real numbers. We told him to only run one of ours and we ll see if we need to run the other. He ran both of ours At the same time. We kept offering to come back the next day so we wouldn t be rushed. At about 9pm we talked real numbers with the financial office. The first numbers were at our monthly budget but they mistakenly presented the wrong numbers. They had mistakenly added the wrong incentives. It was late, and we decided to leave because the corrected numbers were a lot higher. Within the next couple of days, we decided to possibly put a down payment. We called and went in again to be told they were sold out and they were not offering the same financing options anymore. I m writing this review to make people aware of buying during this time they are very busy and low on inventory. We feel rushed to purchase bc they ran our credit and don t want to encounter a negative impact, but We are now running into the problem of other dealerships low on inventory and not being able to find a vehicle.
