The high heat in our apartment has been very uncomfortable. It has been an issue since May but has still not been fixed and we are nearing the end of October. Our unit is like a sauna even with all the windows open. The apartments themselves also have very poor noise-proofing. We were told in May there would be assigned parking but nothing has been set up yet, and people who do not pay for parking often park there forcing us to park somewhere else. The unit is esthetically nice but functionally very uncomfortable and difficult to live in.

*Edit: The heating was still on when we moved into our unit in May. We communicated how excessively hot it was and how loud it was to property management. The noises coming from the pipes, on top of the complete lack of sound proofing between units makes it very difficult to sleep in our apartment.
