Went in to this location on 9/22/19 at 1219 am placed an order after seeing 8 drive thru customers and 4 in store customer all get there orders by now its 1 hour later after I had ordered I went up to the cashier and asked for my order an employee said I made that order you didnt get it , I respond with I have been sitting basically infront of you guys and have never gotten my order she said oh well I made the order not my fault you didnt get it oh I think I gave your order to a drive thru customer. I then asked for a refund of my money and none of the employees knew how to refund a credit card back so instead one of the employees says I will just give you cash ok as another employee trying to hand me a voucher for a free burger for the next visit i said thank you but no thank you i will not be returning to this location. I totally understand that it takes a bit of time to cook the food and all and mistakes will happen because we are all human but seriously you make my order and admit you gave it to a drive thru customer , so another customer just got free food because of your negligence and not paying attention to what your doing!!!!!
