Poor experience; service was ok, but staff made an...

Poor experience; service was ok, but staff made an check-in error. Put guests in my initial room, gave me a different room. But also checked-in another couple, into my new room. They entered, while I was laying on bed. Then they locked me out of my room, had to get a new keycard. The door handle for the bathroom was loose and fell off, the shower head leaked, tv satellite was out and breakfast was dreadful.
