The technicians Adam Slone and Steven were courteous before and on arrival to my home. Adam was careful to focus in on the job at hand and gave me reassurance all would go well. He was open for questions if there were any from me. The techs worked cooperatively with one another; team effort was evident. When the job was finished I was invited to inspect the new furnace and air conditioner and received instruction on use of the thermostat. Overall i felt this company lived up to their reputation of being skilled and caring professionals in the HVAC field. Adam Slone performed his work to a grade of A+ from me; what a talented young man.
