I have worked at Burke H&R for more than 3yrs now ...

I have worked at Burke H&R for more than 3yrs now and it has been an awesome experience. I look forward to going to work everyday because the work environment makes you feel at home. Mike, the administrator, is a positive mentor and motivator. He values hard work and brings out the best in the staff. I believe what makes Burke different is that the management values staff & customer satisfaction above everything else. The staff is trained to have empathy and respect for the residents.
