I called to lease a property. I called on a Friday as I was down in the Colorado Springs area from Denver. I spoke with Stephanie a property leasing consultant. She told me I was the first to call and had priority on a specific property. There was a tenant in the current unit so they could not show me until Monday at noon. I was called into the Denver office and called Stephanie to let her know that I could not make Monday but that any other day I would come down look at it and if all was good I would sign the lease. She never called me back. Never emailed me. Just leased the property to someone else from out of state sight unseen with absolutely no communication. Probably leased it on Saturday. I realize that is what they do. Rent properties but where is the professionalism? Not even a call to tell me someone else was interested and that I should move forward as I was the first to contact them?? Absolutely horrible customer service and communication on their end. Just remember when you do business with ReMax. Its all about the money. Greedy company and practices. I will never ever do business with ReMax again. Period. Take my advice and Don t do business with them.
