In February I cancelled my monthly membership. Got charged again in August. Had I not been checking my statements, they would have totally ripped me off. Even though I hadn't been charged in months, I was told I would need to submit in writing that I want to cancel. This was not told to me in February. This place is definitely feeling the squeeze from Coronavirus to be charging people blindly
