My girlfriend and I had a short time span to find a place because we're moving to Chicago in a couple weeks, and even though we didn't sign with Peak, they were super helpful. They showed us a one bedroom that was being renovated, and Scott was super great.

We went in a different direction because, like I said, we had a quick decision to make, and we ended up going with a bigger apartment so we could have a roommate. Scott helped us get our admin fee back, even though it was supposed to be non-refundable. They were all super helpful, even after we decided we were going a different way.
