Fortunately, no negative experiences as I can read in previous comments. Have now visited twice and twice a follow-up appointment because of nuisance mice, so 4 times in total. Very good and friendly help. Also neatly on time, no waiting all morning or afternoon but just at the agreed time, definitely a plus.
