My experience working with Santander Consumer USA has been positive. I can't always make my payments, full or partial on a regular basis. I fall back sometimes because my job conditions change week to week. Santander has been on my side and given me every help and opportunity to stay on track to car ownership. I'm happy with the service I'm being provided.
