I have booked Honda city zx and my experience during the delivery time is below satisfactory i can say. I have 6yrs of relation ship with Magnum honda as my previous honda amaze also bought from the same showroom. I felt very satisfied during the delivery of my first car that time. Visit, sales and delivery ceremonies are very perfect that time. I expected at-least the same will happen during my second car delivery. But they really disappointed me. My wife also felt the same. I could have choose a diff dealer, but because of the relation ship i have with Magnum, made me taking the steps that way. I will really re-think twice for the next time. I strongly think they should improve the process of the delivery ceremony taking customer satisfaction as the important factor. Why i am saying this is i literally seen with my eyes that the delivery ceremony of the vehicle is happening differently for different people and i felt there is a discrimination.
