I really enjoy the selection of independent films ...

I really enjoy the selection of independent films at this theater and it is only a few miles from my house, plus moviepass is accepted here which is a huge bonus.
The only downsides are that the seating is not stadium seating and as a result, I find that I end up moving if someone sits in front of me and I can't see over their head, and the screens are pretty small compared to newer theaters, the sound has been good quality in my experience though despite other reviews.
I will keep coming back for the great selection of films, the proximity to my house, and the friendly staff!
