Completely incompetent and unprofessional. A total nightmare to deal with. We moved from Dubai to Nairobi and have not been able to receive our shipping container due to their total incompetence. We have been forced to stay in a hotel for days and are now liable for the storage fees amounting to thousands of dollars.
