My Salesperson was Randall. He was very nice and friendly. I traveled 1500 miles to pick up our truck, sight unseen. That made me nervous but Randall assured me that the truck and information about the truck was exactly what I was getting. He handed me the keys and the first thing I noticed when I turned it on is that it had 7000 more miles than the pictures on the website and the contract that was sent to me. It also had no tread left on the rear tires. The original pictures of the rear tires on the website had new tread. I would now have to have new tires installed before I drive the 1500 miles back home. After some negotiating they offered me money back in the form of a check that was supposed to be sent overnight to my house. I arrived at my house 6 days later and the check had still not been sent. After several phone calls we received it.

It has now been 7 weeks and we never received our tags. The temporary tag expires in 2 days. I called last week and they didn't know where they were. I called back again today and was told they would be sent overnight. I guess we'll see.

We are enjoying the truck and haven't had any issues with the truck itself. I don't know that I would buy another vehicle online again based on this experience.
