Ms. Rhoda was the best salesperson ever, however there were a few minor glitches. 1. The headboard scanned for a different price than advertised. I caught it and was immediately credited the difference. 2. The bedframe I wanted was not in stock and had to be ordered. I was expecting to be called to arrange delivery once it arrived in the store. I gave them a few extra days since everywhere is short staffed due to the pandemic. I finally called them for an update and had to schedule a delivery way past when I had hoped. HOWEVER.... I am truly grateful that they are even doing deliveries and set ups as many places are not. The delivery men were on time, capable, efficient, and professional. Thank you. I love the bed.
