I have been using Paychex for my payroll services for the past 3 years and I must say it has been an average experience. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, but there have been a few glitches with the system that have caused some delays in processing payroll. Customer support, however, has always been prompt and helpful in resolving any issues that arise. Overall, I would rate Paychex as an average payroll service provider.
