TO THE POSSIBLE WIZZ AIR CUSTOMERS, READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR TICKET / ENGLISH SPEAKERS YOU SHOULD TRANSLATE IT ON GOOGLE TRANSLATE: I took the Budapest-Alicante flight, my experience could not be worse. I did not read the conditions and later learned that I had to pay for my carry-on bag. Okay, no problem, my fault for not reading the conditions. When I wanted to go pay my suitcase for the price of 20 euros, the wizzair website was falling every time I tried to enter, whether it was with my user or if it was with the ticket code. The next day they sent me an email notifying me that if I did not pay for this suitcase, they would cancel my right to fly ... In this situation I was forced to call the contact phone number (1.50E / min) so that in a call of 15 minutes I solved the problem and justify it themselves as a problem of YOUR website. They also charged me fees for card payments and were finally 44 euros. The final price was 60 euros for the flight + 44 + 22 euros for the call. Price you could have paid for an airline with better conditions than this company garbage. This happened in March 2017. Please do not hire this service.
