Im reading the reviews with 5 stars and wondering if this is the same place we went. Worse experience ever. We were in contact with a salesman beforehsnd told him we were on our way. Got there sat forever...we asked where he was one told us he is busy, another said he was looking for the car, then another told us he was in the bathroom. The General Manager was very kind and was upset with what was going on. Then the Manager over the used cars tried helping but it was a lost cause. Did not get a good feeling at all. We left went to Carmax got exactly what we wanted.
