Poor customer service and very unhelpful.
I would never order from Cotswold fayre again, their customer service has become non existant. They can not confirm delivery yet still advertise products that may not be available online. When i enquired about a seasonal christmas order I was advised people are ordering for Easter now, well why are you heavily advertising your Christmas stock then?
Much better companies out there to use, found an alternative company with a lower minimum spend and they delivered within a week no fuss.
