I have been trying to get information for my mothe...

I have been trying to get information for my mother for the past 3 hours am currently on hold for the past 25 minutes... for the second time i might add... and still am getting no answers. I feel sorry for the patients if this is the service I am receiving. And cant complain about a specific person because no one answers the phone with their names...another sign of great service
Update on hold for 1 hour 15 minutes with no information. P.s thank you for the automated response to my issue
