I work at a car dealership in the service dept. We had a rep come in to replace our coffee machine, he seemed a little on edge & wasn't so pleasant so my coworker called to speak with the owner; Who immediately called us back and apologized and advised us to keep his personal cell phone number in case of any future issues or concerns. Within 20 mins another rep came and brought us a dozen donuts and apologized again. Amazing customer service & handled the issue at hand RIGHT away. Great company & very professional owner.
