I have been an occasional shopper at the flagship Nordstrom since I was a kid, for the usual reasons- excellent quality, selection and customer service. However in the last year I have started working with James in the men's suits department, and since then I will go nowhere else. Within two visits James knew my size and style preferences and has been able to help me find shirts, jackets, slacks and most recently two suits. He respects my budget and my time, which I love! He always goes the extra mile insuring I get the best tailoring and that I am beyond satisfied with the end result. So now I get all the benefits of shopping at Nordstrom, plus a level of personalized service I have never experienced before.
