My stay here was short, while I was in town for a conference at the Guthrie. The room was fine, but the wifi was horribly spotty.

If you can't get on the wifi and it's decent outside, the neighborhood is great. It's located right near the river (beautiful view) and Izzy's Ice Cream. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance!

It's a fine place to stay if you're just looking for a place to crash after a long day of meetings/learning.
